How we work

A disciplined path from scope to fleet.

Every engagement follows the same four-stage method — transparent milestones, documented safety cases, no surprises.

  1. 01

    Consult & assess

We audit vehicles, use cases and regulations, then define measurable targets with your team.

  2. 02

    Design & simulate

Architecture, HARA and risk analysis, plus closed-loop simulation before a single wire is cut.

  3. 03

    Integrate & calibrate

On-site installation, sensor calibration and road validation with full regression reporting.

  4. 04

    Operate & optimise

24/7 monitoring from Seoul, OTA updates and quarterly ROI reviews for the life of the fleet.

Client results

Measured outcomes, not promises.

“Stutt retrofitted our 240-vehicle fleet with telematics and AI dashcams in under three months. At-fault claims dropped 31% in the first year and our dispatchers finally trust the data.”
JP Ji-hoon ParkHead of Fleet · Hanrim Logistics, Incheon
“Their ADAS integration passed KMVSS review without a single finding. The Seoul team communicates clearly, documents everything and ships on schedule — rare combination.”
MV Marcus VogelCTO · Orion Fleet Services
“Predictive maintenance paid for itself in seven months. We went from 4.2 breakdowns per vehicle-year to under 1 across three depots.”
SY Seo-yeon YuOperations Director · G-City Shuttle
FAQ

Questions we hear most often.

Which vehicle types do you automate?

Passenger cars, SUVs, vans, light trucks, shuttles and buses up to 3.5t — plus dedicated-site vehicles such as terminal tractors and valet robots. If it has a CAN bus, we can usually talk to it.

Can you retrofit vehicles we already own?

Yes — retrofit is our core business. Roughly 80% of projects are brownfield: adding L2+ assistance, telematics, digital key or charging control to existing fleets without replacing vehicles.

Do you handle Korean regulation and homologation?

We prepare the technical file for KMVSS submissions, coordinate with MOLIT testing centres and support UNECE R157/R152 evidence packages when vehicles also ship to other markets.

How long does a typical project take?

Telematics and digital-key rollouts: 4–10 weeks. ADAS integration with validation: 3–6 months. Large depot charging or valet robotics programs run 4–9 months, always split into fixed-price milestones.

What happens after go-live?

Our Seoul operations centre monitors every connected asset 24/7. Contracts include OTA update delivery, spare-part logistics and an SLA with 4-hour response for critical incidents.

Where are you located?

Our headquarters and R&D centre are in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea, with field engineers deployed across the country and partner operations in Singapore and Germany.
